Small steps.
Real momentum.
A record of WAM becoming useful: what shipped, what the hardware taught, and what changed after using it in everyday life.

Make the rules clear.
Keep the person in control.
WAM uses fixed rules for repeatable household actions. Models help where interpretation is useful. Source recordings, transcripts and Undo help make development-app changes reviewable. A failed refresh should keep the last good view and label it as old.
Development is AI-assisted. Mike owns the product direction, interaction decisions, system design, integration and testing on the hardware. Claude and Codex are implementation collaborators.
Still becoming.
The customer app now lets any hands-on step start its own clock and lead its routine. Today keeps active work and routines finished today in view, with the shared list close by. The screenshots show v0.45.0. The app-to-glasses link has passed 26 parity checks on test copies; the live household switch remains a separate step.
Contact lookup and task preparation remain longer-term directions. The public sample lets you explore selected interactions while that work develops.
